Steps in Admission
- Submit the Online Enquiry form.
- Get the Admission Form by paying ₹500/- online or by cash towards the School Admission Office.
- Submit the filled Admission Form at the School Admission Office.
- Submit all the documents mentioned in the Admission Form.
- Wait for the Admission Counsellor to get in touch with you after processing your Admission Form.
- Admission will be confirmed on receipt of the Admission Fees and the 1st Installment which can be paid online towards the School Admission Office

- Birth Certificate (Original + Photocopy) (For Grade I)
- Leaving Certificate (For Grade II onwards)
- Report Card (Previous Class)
- Passport of the Student (In case, NRI)
- 5 Passport Size Photographs of the Student
- 2 Passport Size Photographs of father and mother/Legal Guardian
- Aadhar Card: Of the student and the parents
- Ration Card/Electricity Proof

Important Rules
- Smt. L. B. Joshi English High School (CBSE Board) reserves the right to determine the placement of a child in the grade level or educational program judged most appropriate for the child’s age and educational background.
- Parents shall adhere to the school’s fee payment schedule. Admission Fee is payable at the time of admission to the school. The fees once paid are not transferable or refundable under any circumstances.
- Parents shall abide by the published school rules as they apply to their child during the whole period of his/her attendance to Smt. L. B. Joshi English High School in respective of his/her age. The school reserves the right to amend these rules as and when necessary.
- Management and Principal have the right to retain the work books/activity books/any material used by the student in the class.
- Smt. L. B. Joshi English High School reserves the right at any time to refuse/admit/require the withdrawal of any child, if in its opinion, such an action is necessary in the interest of the school of the child.
- Smt. L. B. Joshi English High School is authorized to use photographs and videos of children attending the school for any educational or promotional purposes in any type of media/social media including its website. Parents or children will not be paid or rewarded for this authorization.
- Management & Principal has the right to effect changes in the fees and curriculum implemented from time to time as the circumstances may require.
- The School/Management/Administration cannot be held responsible for any possible illness, accident or injury during field trips and excursions or on any school transport or on the school premises.
- The school may call the family physician or any other available physician to examine a child, (The school assumes no responsibility for emergency medical attention.) in the event of any unforeseen emergency, where medical attention is obviously necessary, and a parent/guardian is not reachable.
- Parents are required to give irrevocable consent and permission to transport their child to a medical facility for a required medical treatment as in the opinion/discretion of the academy authorities as may be necessary at the material time. The parents may not question or challenge the same, and the expense thereof shall be borne and paid by them.
- Parents should abide by any decision that the Management/Principal/Teacher takes in the best interest of their child.
- Parents must undertake to abide by the terms and conditions as laid down by the management from time to time.
